How It Works
Initial Garden Clean-Up
If your garden hasn’t been fully cleared of dog waste for more than a week, we’ll usually recommend an initial clean-up before starting a regular service. This allows us to bring your garden up to a clean, manageable standard, making future visits quicker and more efficient.
Larger gardens, multiple dogs, long grass, or gardens that haven’t been cleaned for an extended period may require additional time. We’ll always discuss this with you before we begin.
Pricing
Our initial clean-up service includes up to 60 minutes of work.
If additional time is required, we’ll let you know in advance and only charge for the extra time needed. There are no hidden costs—just honest, transparent pricing.
What to Expect
Our team works efficiently to ensure your garden is left clean, hygienic, and ready to enjoy.
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process, and if extra time is needed to complete the job, we’ll discuss this with you before any additional charges are made.
Regular Weekly Service
Once your initial clean-up has been completed, we’ll arrange a regular weekly visit on a day that suits your schedule and keeps your garden looking its best all year round.
Visit Reminders
We’ll send you a reminder before your scheduled visit, and where appropriate, we’ll let you know when we’re on our way.
Access to Your Garden
You don’t need to be at home during your visit. As long as we have safe access to your garden, we’ll carry out the clean-up, securely close any gates behind us, and leave your outdoor space clean and tidy.
We work in most weather conditions, so you can rely on us to keep your garden clean whatever the British weather brings!
